Stay terms
Check-in
Check-in is from 3 pm. Key collection and access instructions will be provided before arrival. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Check-out
Check-out is by 12 noon. Please leave the apartment clean and tidy, check that you have collected all your belongings and return the keys according to the instructions provided. Please let us know when you have left.
Security deposit
Damage to the property or its equipment may result in justified charges after the damage has been documented and discussed with the guest. Any card charge requires the guest’s agreement and a secure payment method. This website does not collect card details or make automatic charges.
Deposit and payment
Your booking is confirmed after the booking conditions have been accepted and, where applicable, an advance payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than arrival day. Payment arrangements are provided at the time of booking. Any cancellation is subject to the cancellation conditions applicable to the booking.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Payments are refunded according to the cancellation conditions applicable at the time of booking. Unused nights are not automatically refunded in the event of an early departure or a no-show. Changes are subject to availability and prior confirmation.

Please observe the following rules to preserve the comfort, peace and quality of the property. 1. Respect the property Treat the apartment and its equipment with care. Report any damage promptly; justified charges may apply. 2. Guests and visitors The property is reserved for the guests declared in the booking. Additional visitors require prior approval. 3. Peace and quiet Parties and events are prohibited. Please respect the neighbours and limit noise, especially during rest hours. 4. No smoking Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. 5. Cleanliness and equipment Keep the property reasonably clean and use its equipment appropriately. Report any problems to our team during your stay. 6. Security Close doors and windows when leaving, keep keys safe and do not share access codes with third parties. 7. Pets Pets are accepted only with prior approval. 8. Arrival and departure Respect the check-in and check-out times agreed at booking. Special requests are subject to availability and prior confirmation. 9. Leaving the property Check your belongings, switch off unnecessary electrical appliances and return the keys as instructed. 10.
